  4. Place the INNER POOL within the rice cooker. Ensure that the INNER POT is in direct contact with the heating BASE by slightly rotating it from left to right until it fits properly on the heating BASE. BEFORE PLACING ON HEATING PLATE, ensure that the exterior of the inner pot is completely dry.
