The chicken, carrots, peas, onions, garlic, rice, and corn in chicken fried rice. This rice works well as both a side dish and a main entrée. My recipe for fried rice in the manner of Chinese takeout is really simple and absolutely tasty. When I prepare this rice at home, it is typically served as a main dish since it is laden with vegetables, chicken, and rice, which makes it really full.
This rice may also be served as a side dish alongside your favorite Asian main dishes, such as Chicken Teriyaki, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and more.
